CozyClic11 promotes products sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon and other affiliate partners. Because we do not sell or ship items directly, we do not handle returns or refunds ourselves.
All returns, exchanges, and refund requests must be processed through the retailer where you completed your purchase.
Returns for Amazon Purchases
If you purchased an item through one of our Amazon affiliate links, please follow Amazon’s return process:
- Log in to your Amazon account
- Go to Your Orders
- Select the item you want to return
- Click Return or Replace Items
Amazon will guide you through the rest.
Products from Other Retailers
If your purchase was made through a non-Amazon retailer, please refer to that retailer’s return and refund policy. CozyClic11 has no access to order information, customer payments, or shipping details.
What We Do Not Provide
CozyClic11 does not:
- Process returns
- Issue refunds
- Replace items
- Handle warranty claims
- Provide customer service on behalf of retailers
